Since its inception, IEKE has always expressed great expectation. In the early part of the 20th century, it believed wristwatches should benefit from the most advanced technology and be as reliable and accurate as the pocket watch, then the standard personal timepiece.

Sustainable manufacturing is the creation of manufactured products that use a process to minimise negative environmental impacts, conserve energy and natural resources, are safe for employees, communities and consumers. Our overall goal is to obtain a view of the whole product cycle and optimise the lifecycle of manufacturing systems, products and services.
Our Factories
Being able to produce the small, precise movements needed for wristwatches was a challenge that would serve vision of IEKE. Wristwatches then were perceived as fragile items of jewellery for women, but IEKE was determined to offer women, as a choice of classic, dependable wristwatches.
